FAQ
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Do you offer quantity discounts? A: Yes. If you are going to purchase more than 5 of the same products from our store, please contact us first to get better pricing from us. Quantity discounts are available for most of the products we sell.
Q: When will my order ship? A: All orders shipping from our location will leave within 2 business days. Much of our product will be shipped direct from the manufacturer which will delay shipment date. If this is a concern please contact us and inquire about the product you wish to order so we can provide delivery estimate.
Q: Why is my product being shipped direct from the manufacturer? A: Because of the large amount of products we carry and the different manufacturers we represent, we would need to stock a very large amount of product. The less amount of merchandise we have in stock, the better for our customers to get the best possible pricing. If a price reduction is implemented from a manufacturer, we will reduce the price in our store immediately. If we have large stock of product that was purchased at a higher price, then it is harder for us to offer the reduced pricing as quickly.
Q: Will my order ever come in separate shipments? A: While we try to avoid this, sometimes an order may be broken up for better shipping options. For instance, part of your order might ship direct from the manufacturer and part of your order might ship direct from our location.
Q: Do you accept purchase orders? A: Absolutely, If your ordering for a business and cannot pay for your order with credit card, email us with your order request and we will send you a quote that you can present to your purchasing department. Once we receive a purchase order, we will begin processing your order.
Q: What are the terms of payment for purchase orders? A: All payments are expected within 30 Days. Subject to credit limit.
Q: Will there be any assembly necessary with my order? A: Most microscopes are shipped with some assembly required. Microscopes that are being delivered in the Greater Cincinnati Area, can request Full Assembly. If you are eligible for Full Assembly, we will deliver your microscopes fully assembled or come to your location and assemble them on-site.
Q: Do you sell additional product that is not on your website? A: Absolutely. We are a full line distributor for manufacturers such as Accu-Scope, and LW Scientific. If you find some product from one of the our manufacturer's that is not in our website, we can take your order over the phone or add it to our store for you to purchase.
Q: I need an accessory for my microscope that I do not see listed, Is it available? A: There are too many accessories and microscope configurations to list on our store. If you need a specific part or custom assembly, please contact us for a price quote.
